Giloy, Evelyn L. (AUG 1914 - 27 Sep 1916)

Mr. and Mrs. Phil Giloy of Garden Valley, are mourning the death of their baby daughter, Evelyn Louisa, who passed away Wednesday, Sept. 27, 1916, at the age of two years and one month. The little one, too frail a body to withstand the vicissitudes of life, was summoned to a brighter, better world by the God who gave it the breath of life. And the parents' hearts are wrought in anguish at her taking away, but nevertheless they know that the beckoning hands of a little child shall lead them on their journey. Funeral services were held at the church at Alma Center last Friday afternoon, and the burial was in the cemetery at that village, Rev. J. Stucki of Black River Falls, officiated.
