Laack, Elsie (27 MAR 1885 - 17 AUG 1909)

Mrs. Charles Laack, Sister-in-law of Gust Laack of the town of Mayville, Passes away at Rib Lake Mrs. Charles Laack (nee Elsie A. Bangle) died Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 17, 1909, after an illness of one and a half days. Death came so quickly that even her husband did not realize it. Deceased was born at Augusta, Wis., March 27, 1885; came to Rib Lake, Wis. with her parents in 1893, was married to Charles Laack at Rib Lake on Sept. 30, 1903. They had three children, two of whom died in infancy and the third, which is two years old, survives. Besides the husband and the child she is survived by her parents, one brother and two sisters.

The funeral was held from the house Friday afternoon at two o'clock.

Mrs. Laack was a good woman in every way and her demise falls heavily upon the husband who has had to shoulder misfortune upon misfortune, and who has the sympathy of all.
