Mrs. Louis Matousek passed away at her home in the town of Levis May 6, aged 56, 9 months, and 23 days. She has been in poor health for some time.

Barbara Scetava was born in Jugo Slavia and grew to womanhood there. She came to America about 30 years ago, and five year later was married to Louis Matousek. They settled on a farm in the town of Levis soon after their marriage and this has been their home ever since; she was a good neighbor and a kind wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband and one son Louis Jr., a young man at home.

The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at Schiller’s Funeral home, Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating.
