Meyenberg, Lilah (10 Aug. 1898 - 10 Nov. 1982)

Owen - Mrs. Charles (Lilah) Meyenberg, 84, of the Veterans Home, King, formerly of Withee, died at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday at Riverside Hospital, Waupaca.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Maurina Funeral Home, Owen; with the Rev. Peter Thomsen of Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Withee.

Visitations will be begin at 11 a.m. Friday and continue until services at the funeral home.

The former Lilah Weaver was born Aug. 10, 1898. She and Charles Meyenberg were married Feb. 4, 1920. They lived in the Owen-Withee area for a number of years, her husband working there as a stone mason. They moved to Stone Lake, near Hayward, and for the past six years she resided at King.

Survivors are her husband and one brother, Albert Weaver of Manistee, Mich. She predeceased by a sister and two brothers.
