Lukowicz, Albert (25 MAR 1828 - 9 JAN 1911)

Albert Lukowicz, the old gentleman who resided with his brother, John Lukowicz Sr., died at his brother’s home, Monday afternoon, Jan. 9th, 1911, at 3 o’clock, of dropsy, aged 83 years, 9 months and 15 days.

Deceased was born in West Prussia, March 25th, 1828. He never married, and came to this country with his brother in 1871, and has always made his home with him. Although a resident here for the past ten years, very few outside the family and immediate friends knew this old gentleman, as he seldom left the house, and when he did it was to attend church services. He is highly spoken of by those acquainted with him.

The funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Church this Thursday morning at 9 o’clock, conducted by the pastor, Rev. H.J. Artman. The burial will take place in the Catholic Cemetery.
