Neillsville, Wis. - Bitten on the end of her left little finger by a mysterious insect while reaching up to pick acorns from a tree, Mrs. Frank Lepke narrowly escaped death while on a fishing trip with her husband and daughter. As she raised her hand toward the foliage she felt a sharp sting and noticed a spot of white froth at the end of the finger, beneath which lay a mark similar to a pin prick.
