Norman Anderson was home at Medford Sunday or a short time. He is scouring the state in an effort to get saw mill equipment to rebuild his plant at Mercer. He is finding it very hard to get.

Anderson lost his mill by fire Wednesday, May 10, with a loss of over $10,000. He had no insurance because of the prohibitive cost of insuring such saw mills.

Federal and state agencies investigated the fire but were unable to find an evidence of sabotage, though from the location of its start, it was considered that the fire could not have started without human effort.
