Weidemann, Caroline (27 FEB 1844 - 13 MAR 1912)

Mrs. F. Weidemann of the town of Holeton, Marathon Co., Wis. died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Greier, in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., on Wednesday, March 13th, 1912, of pneumonia and dropsy, aged 68 years and 15 days.

Carline Elder was born in Germany Feb. 27th, 1844. She came to Sheboygan Co., Wis., with her parents, when but eight years of age. She was married in Chicago to Ferdinand Weidemann, April 19th, 1863. They came to the town of Holeton to reside twenty-five years ago. She leaves to mourn her death ten children: Augusta, Julia, Ferdinand, August, Fred, Lizzie, Amelia, Herman, William and Lena.

The funeral was held from the Lutheran Church in the town of Holeton, on Saturday afternoon, at one o’clock, Rev. F.H. Moecker of Dorchester officiating. The burial took place in the Holeton Cemetery.
