UW-La Crosse (Dean’s List - 2019)

The following area students have been named to the dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year, ending May 2019.

“Qualifications for the dean’s list is limited to students who have attained outstanding academic achievement,” according to a press release from the university.

To be eligible, students must have earned not less than a 3.5 semester GPA and carried a minimum of 12 credits. Students are listed by hometown, name and major.

Chili: Mitchell Hertel, exercise and sport science – pre-professional track.

Greenwood: Paetyn Schmitz, exercise and sport science – physical education.

Loyal: Paige Colby, undeclared major; Vanessa Hebert, early childhood through middle childhood education; Karlie Kiel, theatre arts – design/technical emphasis; Bailey Parker, archaeological studies; Hannah Schreiner, biology.

Neillsville: Krista Rueth, early childhood through middle childhood education; Mindy Schoengarth, biology education.

Owen: Joshuah Kakes, psychology.

Unity: Carley Elmhorst, biology education; Laura Kaiser, Chemistry – American Chemical Society certification; Nicholas Weiler, bio-chemistry with American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Certification.
