Marlene E Briggs, who lived in Neillsville from 1946-1959 died on August 31, 2005, at the age of 87 after living with Alzheimer’s for the past 10 years. She died with her daughters at her side at St. Andrews Village Memory Care Unit where she had lived for the past two years.
She is survived by her four daughters and their husband; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Marlene was preceded in death by her husband, Randy; and a brother Robert Waterman.
A Memorial service was held at the First United Methodist Church in Stillwater, MN on September 2.
