WILCOX

Mr. J.J. Rowe, Sr., left last week for Plymouth, where he has a job of carpenter work. He was accompanied as far as Neenah by Mrs. Anna Tucker, his daughter, who resides in Waupun.

George Lindsley lost a mare last week. One of John Vandeburg’s horses kicked her and broke her leg; so they killed her.

Miss Ella Livingston was down from Longwood to spend New Year’s with friends here.

Miss Allie Fisher has been quite sick. Dr. Lyman was called to see her. She is better.

Miss Emily Smithers is quite sick with erysipelas in the face. Dr. Lacy, of Loyal, has been called.

Mrs. Lois Smithers is getting around again.

E.B. Johnson is improving slowly. Dr. Lyman has attended him.

Mr. William Turner has gone up to Phillips to work in the woods, if they get any snow.

B.A.
