FRED LOEFFLE

After an illness lasting but five days Fred Loeffle a prominent farmer of the town of Eau Pleine passed away Friday morning Feb 10th.

The deceased had been employed at McMillan camp and on the Saturday previous to his death he came home with a severe cold which later developed inot pneumonia. His condition grew rapidly worse until Friday morning when, realizing that the end was near he sent for Archie Muir Sr. to whom he dictated his will and within fifteen minutes after signing quietly passed away.

The deceased has been a resident of Eau Pleine for eighteen years during which time he had cleared up a good farm and had, only last summer erected one of the finest farm residences in that town, he was a steady, upright, honest man whose early demise is deeply regretted by his many friends.

He is survived by a wife and five children.
