Pratt, Rachel (5 SEP 1936)

A wedding in which Loyal folks will be much interested occurred in Cleveland, Wis., at 4 P. M. Saturday, Sept. 5, 1936.

The bride was Miss Rachel Pratt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Pratt, Loyal, and the groom was Mr. Wm. T. Jess son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Jess, Washington Island.

Miss Pratt was attended by Miss Angeline Metzke, a close friend and the groom by his brother, Mr. Allan Jess. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Martin Braun and was witnessed by the bridal party only.

The bride who has grown to womanhood in Loyal is a graduate of the Loyal High School class of ’29. She is also a graduate nurse of Belin Memorial Hospital, Green Bay and since has been successfully employed in her profession in Green Bay and Sheboygan.

The groom a stranger in Loyal, holds a position as accountant in Green Bay.

After a two week wedding trip spent in eastern Canada they will return to Green Bay where they will reside.

The bride has many friends here who wish for her and the man she has chosen for a life-mate the happiness and success they deserve in their new life.
