Miss Ella Karnopp, town of Beaver Maynard Neumann, town of Brighton, were united in marriage at 2:30 o’clock Saturday afternoon at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in the Town of Brighton, the Rev. Geo. Heilman, Greenwood officiating.

The bride, a daughter of Mrs. Emma Karnopp, Unity, was attired in a white satin gown, designed with a train, and a veil arranged in a cap effect headdress trimmed with seed pearls. She carried a shower bouquet of yellow roses, swansonia, and feverfew.

Miss Alice Karnopp was her sister’s maid of honor. She wore a yellow taffeta frock and carried an arm bouquet of pink roses and feverfew.

Attending as bridesmaids were her sister, Miss Esther Karnopp, and the bridegroom’s sister, Miss Ruth Neumann, who wore taffeta gowns of blue and green, respectively. Both had wrist corsages of mixed flowers.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Neumann. Ray Neumann, a brother of the bridegroom, attended as best man.

Following the ceremony about 60 guests were entertained at a reception and wedding supper at the home of the bride’s mother. Streamers in shades of yellow, green, blue, and white decorated the residence. A free wedding dance was held Monday night at the Spencer Municipal hall.

Mr. Neumann and his bride will reside with the groom’s parents, near Spencer, where he is engaged in farming.

The Tribune joins the many friends of the newly weds in extending congratulations.
