Skogmo's was located directly south of the old Dairy Bar. On the corner was Fisher's Hardware, then the Dairy Bar and then Skogmo's.
It was a general merchandise store and it appeared he sold whatever he could get his hands on. I would guess this was mostly surplus merchandise. I still remember when you walked into the store there would ususally be a couple cats walking around on top of the clothing. I purchased my first sport coat from him in 1956. It was charcoal grey and pink. (Junior Prom)
