Leach, Ella M. (3 AUG 1909)

A very pretty home wedding took place last Tuesday evening, Aug. 3, 1909, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G.R. Leach at Ionia, Mich., when their daughter, Miss Ella May Leach, was united in marriage to our popular young townsman, Mr. William Oelig.

The ceremony was witnessed by the immediate relatives of the bride and groom and a few of their most intimate friends, who made them many beautiful and useful presents to show the honor and esteem in which the happy couple were held by them.

The usual amount of confetti, old shoes and rice accompanied them as they boarded the train for this city (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.), where they will make their home in the Varney house on Central Av. Mr. Oelig is a valued employee of the Greenwood Creamery Co., and one of our most popular young men, and to them is extended the best wishes of a host of friends for a long, happy and prosperous future.

Mr. and Mrs. Oelig are now at home to their friends, and are receiving many congratulatory and social calls.
