Burton H. Albright, an old resident of Humbird, for the past twenty years a resident of Port Townsend, Wash., passed away Thursday afternoon, April 16, at a hospital in that city, following a goiter operation performed the previous Sunday. Death was due to a heart affliction connected with the glandular trouble. Mr. Albright had been in failing health for about a year, and becoming worse in the last few months, he submitted to the operation in the hope of regaining his health.

Funeral services were held at Port Townsend Sunday, April 19 and burial was in the family lot in Laurel Grove cemetery in that city.

Burton Albright was born at Glenbeulah, Wis. May 29, 1865 and died at the age of 65 years, 10 months and 16 days. At the age of five years he moved with is parents to the farm adjoining this village, which was his home until twenty years ago, when he moved west.

In July, 1890 he was united in marriage at Merrillan to Miss Minnie E. Stiles, a well known young lady of this vicinity; who, with three sons and daughter, survives him. The sons are: Dr. Leroy Albright, dentist of Port Angeles, Wash.; Nathan and Wayne of Port Townsend, the former operating a taxi service and the latter driver of a fire truck in that city; the daughter is Mrs. Horace Gleason, also of Port Townsend. One brother, Harry Albright, of Neillsville survives. Mr. Albright’s oldest son, Marshall died in 1919. His parents and one sister, Dottie, passed away many years ago.

Deceased was a member of the Royal Neighbor camp of this village, retaining his membership in the camp since uniting with it, a number of years before moving away.

Sympathies are extended to the widow and family by the old friends here who mourn with them.
