Delilah E. Timm

THORP -- Delilah E. Timm, 83, of Thorp, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at Clark County Health Care Center in Owen, Wis.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, at the Thorp Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Cemetery in Gilman.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Delilah E. Timm

THORP -- Delilah Elsie Timm, 83, of Thorp, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen, Wis.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Thorp Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Cemetery in Gilman.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.

She was born Feb. 21, 1923, in the town of Reseburg to Arthur and Isabelle (Frese) Meyer. She married Ernest Timm on Dec. 23, 1952, in Ely, Minn. In 1967 they moved to the Gilman area and then to Thorp in 1985. Delilah moved to the Clark County Health Care Center in 2003.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest, of Thorp; six sons, Colin (Barbara), Saginaw, Mich., Robert (Diane), Norman, Okla., Rodney and Frances, both of Minneapolis, Keith (Monica), Marshfield, and Ken (Cindy) Delafield. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Alfred (Patty) Meyer, Gilman, and George (Geraldine) Meyer, Minot, N.D.; five sisters, Ellen Derks, Chippewa Falls, Arlene Derks, Stanley, Evelyn (Allen) Kowalczyk, Gilman, Bernadine (Jim) Kelley, East Troy, and Edna Duce, St. Louis, Mo.
