Paul, E.N. (7 JAN 1874 - 4 JUL 1950)

Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) - Funeral services for E.N. Paul, 76, will be held at the Stabnow Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. Friday. The body will then be taken to Kellogg, Minn., where services will be held at 2 p.m., and burial will be made in a cemetery there.

The Rev. Lee Holmes will officiate at the services in Greenwood.

Mr. Paul died suddenly of a heart attack at 2 p.m. Tuesday (Jul 4, 1950) while visiting at the Edgar Updyke home. The body may be viewed at the funeral home beginning Thursday morning.

Mr. Paul was born in Plainview, Minn., Jan. 7, 1874. He received his education there and was married at Wabasha, Minn., to Eva Wilcox, Nov. 18, 1903.

The couple came to Greenwood from Kellogg 35 years ago and with the exception of a few years spent at Dodgeville, resided here since. He once served on the local City Council for several years.

Surviving are his wife and a sister, Mrs. Harry Cross, Michigan. A son, Ralph, and daughter, Mrs. Eunice Quantius, preceded him in death. Two brothers also died previously.
