Falkner, Johanna (31 March 1888 - 13 Feb. 1967)

MRS. JOHANNA FALKNER

Mrs. Johanna Falkner, 78, of 912 S. 22nd St., died Monday night at St. Nicholas Hospital.

Born in Neillsville, Wis., March 31, 1888, the daughter of John and Anna Scherer, she attended school there. The family came to Sheboygan in the early 1920s. In May of 1921 she married Louis Falkner at Holy Name Church. Her husband died in 1961.

Survivors are two sons, Louis of Sheboygan and John of Milwaukee; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Joan) Mueller of Oostburg, Mrs. Catherine Ulness of Milwaukee and Mrs. Frances Proveaux of Sheboygan; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Hlinsky of Millard, Minn., and Mrs. Clara Krengel of St. Paul, Minn., and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Ramm Funeral Home with the Rev. James Schlaffer, pastor of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Church, officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p. m. Wednesday.
