Miss Marie Swiech of Bevent, Wis., nice of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Glowacki of this village (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Frank Salwach of Owen, were united in marriage by Rev. F.A. Kulig at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church on Tuesday morning last. After the ceremony the wedding breakfast and reception were held at the home of the bridegroom in Owen, many friends and relatives being present. A free wedding dance was given in the evening at the Black River Tourist Park pavilion, which was largely attended. The couple will reside in Owen where the groom has a shoe shop.
