Stadt, Anna (29 JUL 1875 - 8 APR 1930)

Mrs. John Schmitt received the sad news that her sister, Mrs. Anna Stadt of Maywood, Ill., died Tuesday, April 8th, following an operation at a Chicago hospital. All that human skill had at hand was put at her service, but of no avail for she slipped away to that peaceful land at the age of 54 years, 8 months and 10 days. The body was brought to Marshfield and was under the care of E.J. Fuchsgruber at the Seehoefer-Hanson Funeral Home until the morning when the remains were taken to Rozellville (the old home) for burial Funeral services were held at 10 o’clock from the Rozellville Catholic Church.

Among those who were at the funeral were Mrs. John Schmitt and Tillie, Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Fuchsgruber, Mrs. F.V. Hiebsch, Mr. and Mrs. Art Kiefer, Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Florian Kiefer, Mr. and Mrs. John Kiefer, Appleton, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kiefer, Green Bay, Mrs. Wm. Trentel, Goodman, Harry and Madeline Trentel, Goodman, and the Louis Spindler family. The Clarion joins the many friends in offering sincere sympathy to the sorrowing ones in this dark hour.
