Notbohm, Irene (24 OCT 1931)

A surprise announcement was made last week at Abbotsford when it was made public that Miss Irene Notbohm, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Notbohm, was united in marriage to Orson C. Adams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otis C. Adams. The ceremony took place Saturday, Oct. 24, 1931 at 8:30 in the R.C. Ingersoll home in Chicago. The Rev. John M. Yannicks performed the ceremony and Mr. and Mrs. Ingersoll acted as the attendants.

Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Chatterson of Chicago. A free wedding dance was given at the Armory last Friday evening in honor of the announcement. Mr. and Mrs. Adams will make their home in Abbotsford where Mr. Adams is a member of the firm O.C. Adams & Sons, printers and publishers.

Here’s our inky paw, brother, and may you have many happy and successful years together.
