Kronschnabl, Francis L. (8 SEP 1920 - 4 MAY 1933)

Friends were saddened to learn of the death of Francis Kronschnabl, twelve year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Kronschnabl, who passed away at his home in the village (Dorchester, Clark Co., Wis.) Thursday evening May 4, 1933, at 9:30. Death was caused by epilepsy, from which he had suffered for the past five years. He was confined to his bed for the past few months.

Funeral services were held Monday morning at 9:30 at the St. Louis Catholic Church with Father Paul Pitzenberger officiating. Burial took place in the Memorial Cemetery with Keith and Terrence Foley, Lawrence Mertens, William Bauernfiend, Leo Schober and Myron Decker acting as pallbearers.

Francis Leland Kronschnabl was born at Dorchester Sept. 8, 1920 and was 12 years, 8 months and 26 days old at time of death. All of his life was spent here and when sickness overtook him his family gave their time to his care. It is hard for them to lose a loved one but as his illness was incurable, God, in His infinite wisdom, called him to his heavenly home of joy and peace. In his place the kind Father will send a love and blessing that can ease the pain of loss and carry the loved ones through the dark hours.

Besides his parents Francis leaves four sisters, Rose, Mrs. Carl Mertens, nee Helen, Mildred and Cecelia, and four brothers, Joseph Jr., Max, Jerome and Milton, his grandmother, Mrs. Anton Fritsch, and a host of relatives and friends. One brother and one sister died in infancy.

The Clarion joins the many friends in offering sincerest sympathy to the mourning ones.

Out of town relatives attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kronschnabl and daughters, Marie and Marcella, Crandon, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fritsch, Spencer, Ervin and Arthur Fritsch, Billion, Miss Agnes and Charles Fritsch, Greenleaf, Mrs. Lawrence Fritsch and Misses Rose and Celia Kronschnabl of Milwaukee.
