Editors Times: Not seeing any communication in the Times I thought perhaps one would not be amiss.

The friends of Rev. C. Case met at the M. E. Church on the evening of the 9th inst. And held a donation for this benefit, the receipts of which were $10 in cash. Thanks to those who contributed.

Rev. J. E. Webster delivered his lecture on Life in Andersonville and Libby Prisons last Wednesday night to a large audience, who were well pleased with it.

It is expected Rev. J. Lawson, Presiding Elder, will hold quarterly meeting services at our church on the 25th and 26th inst.

Rev. G. [C.] Case, who for some time has been quite ill, is able to be about again we are pleased to state, though rather poorly yet.
