Witt, Alice (18 NOV 1938)

Alice Witt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Witt, and Val Wojner, son of Mrs. Anna Wojner were united in marriage on Friday, Nov. 18th at 2:00 P. M. at the Lutheran Parsonage in Greenwood, Rev. Heilman performing the ceremony.

The bride had as her attendants Irene Wojner, a sister of the groom, and Gertrude Acker.

The groom’s attendants were Julius Witt, a brother of the bride and Henry Wojner, brother of the groom.

A 6 o’clock supper was served at the home of the bride’s parents. The dining room was trimmed in blue and gold to match the bride’s dress.

The following were present, Mrs. Anna Wojner, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Mrotek, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Rossow and son Romaine, Miss Mavis Berg, Mrs. Alex Davel, and Mr. and Mrs. Edd. Dobbe and family.

The groom has been employed by Plautz Bros.

The Tribune joins their many friends in wishing them success and happiness.
