Winterer, Salome G. (15 NOV 1933)

Miss Salome Gladys Winterer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Winterer of the town of Butler, and Mr. Ingvald Omdol, formerly of Merrill, Wis., were united in the holy bonds of matrimony at the M.E. Parsonage at Stanley on Wednesday morning, Nov. 15th, 1933, Rev. Floyd Falgren performing the ceremony.

The attendants were Miss Sylvia Winterer and Mr. Cutis Mayenschein.

The bride wore a wine colored velvet dress with hat and shoes to match and carried an arm bouquet of lilies and ferns. The bridesmaid was dressed in a brown silk carmel gown and carried Chrysanthemums.

A wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents. Guests present were Mr. and Mrs. Hestad of Merrill, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. Everett Mick and daughter Janice, and Mr. Simon Arnold and daughter Agnes, of Spencer; Carl Horgen, Claybourn Jankoski, Loretta Lauer, Mrs. Jack Amacker, Mrs. Viola Christenson and daughter Masie, all of Stanley; Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Kuehl, Miss Esther Mayenschein and Mrs. Ada Markee of Butler. Mrs. Omdol will be employed at the J.R. Amacker home for some time and in the spring the groom will take over management of the F. Winterer farm in Butler (Clark Co., Wis.)
