Wasilewski, Fay (2 JUN 1936)

Mrs. Fay Wasilewski, daughter of Mrs. Herman Brown, and Joseph Czubin of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage at the M.E. Church at two o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Rev. G.W. Vaughan read the marriage ceremony. The bride wore a floor length gown of canary yellow silk crepe and carried a bouquet of calla lilies. She was attended by Miss Victoria Czubin of Minneapolis, sister of the groom, who was attired in pink silk organdie and carried a bouquet of yellow tea roses and gypsophila. The groom was attended by Ray brown, a brother of the bride. A dinner was served at the home of the bride’s brother, Ray Brown, in Worden.

Out of town guests attending the wedding were: Miss Victoria Czubin of Minneapolis; Mrs. Czubin of Mitterhoffer; Wallace and Tony Czubin of Thorp; Mrs. Esther Brown and daughter, Norma, and son Kenneth of Stanley, Mrs. Frank Brown of Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Reid Gibbs and family of Thorp; Mrs. Ann Shortell and daughter, Eleanore; Miss Margaret Laurent of Thorp.
