Scheel, Alma (18 May 1902 - 9 July 1986)

A former Marshfield resident, Mrs. Ralph (Alma) Scheel, 84, died Wednesday at River Pines Living Center, Stevens Point.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rux Funeral Home, Spencer. The Rev. Gary Hedding, of Faith Lutheran Church, Marshfield, will officiate. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Unity.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.

The former Alma Ewert was born May 18, 1902 in Unity, where she also attended school.

Her first marriage was to Theodore Flink, June, 1921, in Unity. He died in January 1956. Her second marriage was to Ralph Scheel, June 26, 1965, at Faith Lutheran Church. He died Feb. 4, 1984.

She resided at the Marshfield Living Center for two years prior to living at River Pines Living Center, where she resided the past three years.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Clifford (Betty) Schweke, Cottage Grove, Minn.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one half-sister, Mrs. Edmund (Clara) Firnstahl, Kalamazoo, Mich.

Besides her husbands, she was predeceased by her parents, one brother and one sister.
