Hertz, Margaret M. (Marriage - 27 Feb. 1935)

A very pretty wedding was solemnized Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, February 27, at the Zion Lutheran church, Rev. O. Hoffmann reading the marriage ceremony, when Miss Margaret M. Hertz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hertz, became the bride of Mr. Herbert A. Lube, son of Mrs. Mary Lube. Norma Lube acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Edwin Hertz.

The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of navy blue tunic trimmed with silver and her shoulder bouquet consisted of yellow roses and sweet peas. The bridesmaid wore a black dress trimmed with white and her shoulder bouquet also consisted of yellow roses and sweet peas.

A reception was given relatives at the home of the bride’s parents, the home being nicely decorated in gold and lavender for the occasion. In the evening, a free wedding dance was given at Kraut’s hall at Curtiss which was largely attended by friends and relatives.
