Baumgart, Helen (Marriage - 5 June 1935)

A very pretty wedding was solemnized at St. John’s Evangelical church Wednesday, June 5th, 1935, at 2:30 p.m., Rev. Edwin Becker reading the marriage ceremony, when Miss Helen Baumgart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gottfried Baumgart, became the bride of Mr. Howard Pacholke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pacholke. Miss Marie Baumgart acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Otto Sill.

The bride was attired in a charming dress of white taffeta and her bouquet consisted of ferns, roses and carnations.

After the ceremony, a reception was given at the home of the bride’s parents, the home being nicely decorated in yellow and white crepe for the occasion.

Mr. and Mrs. Pacholke will make a wedding trip to a lake in Northern Wisconsin and will be at home in Colby after June 12. The groom is employed as plumber by Wm. C. Pacholke.
