Receives Degree

At the twenty-fourth annual commencement convocation of the College of Saint Teresa, Winona, Minnesota, Tuesday morning, June 8th, the degree of Bachelor of Arts was conferred on Miss Mary Catherine Umhoefer of Colby, Wisconsin. Miss Umhoefer is a graduate of Colby, Wis. High school. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. X. Umhoefer of Colby and her grand father, J. E. Lyons, also of Colby, attended the exercises of commencement week. In her college years, Miss Umhoefer was a member of the Teresan Orchestra. She also took an active part in the Classical Club, of which she was president in her senior year, and the Mathematics and Physics Club.
