Pesko, Josephine (DEC 1939)

Franklin Regner, who is employed by the Owen-Curtiss-Clark Dairy Herd Improvement Association as milk tester was recently married in a ceremony performed at Phillips during the holidays.

Mr. Regner is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Regner of Phillips, who during the past week became united in marriage to Miss Josephine Pesko, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Pesko, also of Phillips.

The couple were united in marriage in a beautiful church wedding performed in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at Phillips. The bride was very attractively dressed in a gown of white street length with a blusher veil. She wore a corsage of red roses and white carnations. The groom wore a dark dress suit and wore a boutonniere.

The couple were attended by Miss Helen Pesko, sister of the bride, and the groom’s brother, Mike. Miss Helen Pesko wore a dress the same as the bride’s in a light jade green and wore a corsage of white carnations.

The young newlyweds are making their home in Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) and have rented the downstairs of the Filkowski house. The many friends of the groom and his bride wish them a happy wedded life.
