Mrs. Frank Gay, 42
Withee--Mrs. Frank (Delia) Gay, 42, route 1, Withee, died at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield where she had been a patient the past seven weeks.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Owen Congregational Church with the Rev. Robert Goessling officiating. Burial will be made in Riverside cemetery at Withee, Wis.
The body will repose at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home until the time of services.
The former Delia Poppe was born Aug. 9, 1925, in Pella, Wash., and later came to the Withee area where she received her education. Her second marriage was to Frank Gay on March 20, 1951, at the Owen Congregationalist Church.
After their marriage, the couple made their home at route 1, Withee, Wis.
In addition to her husband, survivors are six children, Mrs. Tom (Carol Ann) Powlawski, Menasha; Ginger Lee, Alice Lynn, Frank Jr., Michael Otto, and Jill Marie; her mother, Mrs. Otto Calbum, Oshkosh; a brother, Donald Poppe, Withee; two sisters, Mrs. Russell (Opal) Martinsen, Tempe, Ariz.; and Mrs. Ed (Verall) Miller, route 2, Withee; and a stepbrother, Gary Calbaum, Chicago
