Harold Mortimer is driving truck for William Breseman.
Mr. and Mrs. ? M. Schoenfeld spent New Years day at Abie Turner’s home.
Milton Schoenfeld went to Loyal Thursday and was released from the draft so he could enlist in the navy.
Mrs. Roy Lawrence came home from the Marshfield hospital Friday, where she had been for a few days’ treatment.
Russell Worchel was up from Milwaukee last week to spend a few days with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Worchel.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mortimer, Mrs. Frances Fox and two daughters, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Lee spent the New Year’s Day at the Ray Mortimer home.
The Grange card party was held at the Will Eibergen home Saturday evening.
The next regular Grange meeting will be held at the Archie Dorn home January 12.
Leo Schecklman was busy Thursday hauling fertilizer from Granton for the farmers around here.
Mr. and Mrs. F. Jacobson and family of Sherwood visited at the Roy Lawrence home Sunday.
Roy Teatz lost a cow one day last week.
Norman Hales went to Madison last week for a check-up and to have X-ray pictures taken. His parents phoned to him Sunday night. He said he was no worse and would be home the first of the week.
William Eibergen was kicked by a horse at his job in Marshfield one day last week and isn’t able to do any work.
