Carl L. Miller

MILLER, Carl L., - Age 72, of Fenton, died Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Friday, October 20, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, Pastor Daniel Wallace officiating. Military honors will be preformed under the auspices of Fenton V.F.W. Curtis-Wolverton Post #3243. Interment in Withee, WI at a later date.

Visitation will be held 1-4PM and 6-8PM Thursday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Michigan Parkinson's Disease Foundation.

Carl was born December 24, 1933 in Withee, WI, the son of Martin Miller and Anna I. Paulsen. He graduated from Fenton High School, Class of 1951. Carl served in the US Navy from 1953 to 1957. He worked for IBM for 30 years and retired in 1987. Carl was a member, (KF8Y) Of Genesee County Radio Club. He loved sports cars and was in the Sports Car Club of America. Carl was an outdoor man; he loved to hunt, fish, camp, and travel.

Carl is survived by his 2 sisters, Grace (Harry) Dawson of Jacksonville, FL, Mildred Bush of Miami, FL; 1 niece and 2 nephews; many cousins and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mom, Sibyl Miller.
