Hainzlsperger, Florence (Marriage - 19 Nov. 1942)

Miss Florence Hainzsperger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hainzlsperger of Unity, Wis., and Mr. Geo. Schneider, Jr., son of Mrs. George Schneider, Sr., were united in marriage on Thursday, Nov. 19th, 1942, at St. Mary’s Catholic church at Colby, Rev. Leo J. Lang reading the marriage ceremony. Miss Eleanor Hainzsperger, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and Miss Louise Hoffman was bridesmaid. The groom was attended by the bride’s brother, Harold Hainzsperger, as best man and by George Sterzinger.

The bride was attired in a dress of white satin and her bouquet consisted of pink and white carnations. The maid of honor wore a dress of blue taffeta with blue flowered headdress and her corsage consisted of white chrysanthemums, pink pompoms and red roses. The bridesmaid wore a dress of pink taffeta with pink flowered headdress and her corsage was similar to that of the maid of honor.

A reception was given at the St. Mary’s school gymnasium. About 100 guests were present from Colby, Unity, Dorchester, Mayville, Milwaukee, Granton, Neillsville, Merrimac, Jump River, Keil, Loyal, Wausau and Greenwood. In the evening a dance was given at the Abbotsford armory which was largely attended by friends and relatives.

The couple will make their home in Colby, Wis. The groom is employed by the H. H. Motor Co.
