Tesmer, Lenora (Marriage - 19 June 1943)

Miss Lenora Tesmer, of Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Tesmer of Colby, Wis., and Mr. Carl Paschke of Milwaukee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Paschke of Milwaukee, were united in marriage on Saturday, June 19th, at three o’clock in the afternoon at Emmaus Evan. Lutheran church in Milwaukee, Rev. F. F. Salle reading the marriage ceremony. The bride was attended by Gertrude Rosbang of Milwaukee and the groom by John Rosbang of the same city.

The bride was attired in a white floor length dress with lace bodice and chiffon skirt with heart-shaped headdress with orange blossoms and veil, white elbow-length lace mitts. Her bouquet consisted of bridal roses, bouvadis and feverfew. Gertrude Rosbang wore a white floor length chiffon dress with headdress of red roses and feverfew. Her bouquet consisted of red roses and feverfew.

Dinner was served at the Hindman Hotel, covers being laid for 30 people. Table decorations consisted of green ferns, white candles and a three tier wedding cake. A reception was held at a summer home at Wind Lake.

The couple were at home after June 28th at Breezy Point, Wind Lake. The groom is employed by the Harnshfeger Corporation.
