Hnatko, Julia (Marriage - 7 Oct. 1944)

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hnatko, town of Roosevelt, Taylor county, announce the marriage of their daughter, Julia, to Marwell O. Borgemoen, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Borgemoen, Colby, which occurred in St. Mary’s Russian Orthodox church at Lublin, Taylor county, last Saturday.

The couple was attended by Miss Bernita Jaskla, a sister of the bridegroom, as maid of honor; Joyce Eileen Jones, Chicago, a niece of the bride, as flower girl, and Steve Siveda, a cousin of the bride, Victor Borgemoen, a brother of the groom, and Eugene Steinke, his cousin.

The bride wore a white satin gown and finger-tip veil of illusion caught to a seed pearl headband and carried pink and white roses. Miss Jaskla was attired in yellow satin, with matching headdress, and carried pink roses.

Dinner and supper were served to 150 guests at the Lublin club hall and there was dancing in the evening.

The couple will live in Chicago, where the bridegroom is employed in war work by the Zenith Radio corporation.
