Hafemann, Aloka M. (Marriage - 29 Nov. 1947)

Miss Aloka M. Hafemann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Hafemann, and Raymond H. Haefs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Haefs, were united at high noon, Saturday, Nov. 29th, at the Trinity Lutheran church at Unity, Wisconsin, Rev. J. Alfred Olson reading the marriage ceremony. The bride’s niece, Maxine Myra Dreke, of Milwaukee, was maid of honor and Mrs. Ralph Haefs was bridesmaid.

The bride was attired in a grey gabardine suit and her corsage consisted of American beauty roses. The maid of honor wore a light blue gabardine suit and her corsage consisted of pink and white carnations. The bridesmaid wore a grey suit and her corsage consisted of pink and white carnations.

The groom was attended by his brother, Ralph Haefs of Bonduel, and the bride’s brother, Calvin Hafemann.

A reception was given at the home of the bride’s parents.

The newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Minneapolis and will be at home after January 1st at Green Bay.

Out of town people here for the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Ben Haefs and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Haefs of Bonduel, Mr. and Mrs. William Hafemann of Marshfield, Miss Maxine Dreke of Milwaukee, Miss Milda Hafemann, Misses Mary and Natalie Schroeder, Lucille Tobalsky, Virginia Strachota, Jane Mueller, Dora and Doris Genrich, Dorothy Krienke and James Strachota of Wausau.
