Kanter, Elizabeth (25 Sept. 1874 - 9 Sept. 1947)

Funeral services for Mrs. Nick Kanter, whose death was chronicled last Thursday, Sept. 11, were held at St. Mary’s Catholic church Saturday morning at 9:30 o’clock, Rev. N. B. Beschta officiating at the requiem high mass, and internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery. Pall bearers were C. J. Kraus, Ed Becker, I. M. Firnstahl, Otto Baumgart, Henry Aderhold and Alvin Brehm.

Out of town relatives present included Mr. and Mrs. Harry Benjamin, Pomona, Calif.; Mrs. Edward Kohlbeck and daughter, Grand Rapids, Mich.; Mrs. Edward Cleary, of Hartford, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Carberry, Lodi; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Zinthefer, Marshfield; Henry Meisen, Fond du Lac; Joseph Kanter and daughter, Lina, Mosinee; Elmer Kanter, Milwaukee; Math Miesen, Mrs. Almert Hoff, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Reichert, Peter Baer, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Chase and children, Mrs. Theodore Biechler, and Mrs. Arthur Weister, Marshfield.
