Curtiss, Wis. - Apr. 23, 1953

The Women’s Guild of the Evangelical and Reformed church of Curtiss is sponsoring a bake sale Saturday, Apr. 25, at the village hall starting at 2:00 P.M.

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Dittmeyer of Kiel are visiting at the Clarence Strade home and with friends in this community.

Mr. and Mrs. Emil Erickson and son of Westby spent the week-end at Cornell at the Alfred Erickson home.

Mrs. Albert Johnson of North Chicago visited from Friday to Sunday with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Braitewaith.

Mr. and Mrs. Ramon W. Peterson returned Saturday to their home in Battle Creek, Mich., after spending the past two weeks with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peterson.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Tonn and children and Mrs. Anna Tonn spent Sunday at Phillips visiting with Mrs. Augusta Tonn at the Nicherson home for the aged.

Mrs. W. Schultz returned home from the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital Monday, Apr. 20, after being admitted for surgery ten days ago.

Mr. and Mrs. Orville Schuette are the parents of a baby boy born Wednesday, Apr. 15, at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Fahrenbach of Medford visited at the Wm. Fahrenbach home over the weekend.
