Albert Schultz, age six, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schultz of Curtiss, Wisconsin, was admitted to the isolation ward of St. Joseph’s hospital at Marshfield Sunday.

Thelma Neitzel, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Neitzel, route 1, Curtiss, Wisconsin was admitted to the isolation ward of St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield Thursday suffering from a mild case of poliomyelitis, according to Dr. F. A. Boeckman, city health officer.

Mrs. Neitzel said that the girl had complained of a slight pain in the leg Monday. It was reported at the hospital that there is a slight weakness of the leg.

Thelma is a pupil at the Golden Willow School in the town of Holway.

An iron lung was rushed to the Marathon county isolation hospital at Wausau for Walter Stoughton, Wisconsin, age 21, of Athens, who was admitted to that hospital Sunday.

A Thorp youth, Robert J. Przybylski, 8, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ignatius Przybylski, Thorp, was admitted to the Marathon county isolation hospital at Wausau with polio.

One polio patient, Harold Langjahr, 6, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arvin Langjahr, Unity, was dismissed from the hospital without any apparent ill effects from the disease. He was admitted to the hospital at Marshfield on August 6th.

Others dismissed were Clinton Schjoneman of Unity, Lawrence Zawedsky of Withee and Milton Pachal of Loyal.
