Miss Alice Bjornstad, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sever Bjornstad of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and Lieut. Donald Amerling, son of Mrs. Mary Amerling of Stanley, were married on Saturday, Nov. 7, 1942 at the Post Chapel at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey. Rev. Arthur J. Haemer performed the ceremony.

The bride wore a blue suit, with hat to match, and a corsage of chrysanthemums. The bridal couple were attended by Mr. and Mrs. George Wall. Mrs. Wall wore a green suit, with a corsage, and the men wore their army uniforms. A reception was held at the post, after which the bride and groom left for a short trip to New York City. They will live at Plainfield, New Jersey.

The groom left Stanley with the Service Company for Camp Livingston, La., in October 1940, and was stationed there before being sent to the eastern states.
