Miss Bernice M. Friske of Wautoma, daughter of Mrs. Otto Friske, Rochester, Minn., and Milton A. Sebastian, Milwaukee, son of Mrs. Bertha Sebastian of Milwaukee were united in marriage on Saturday, Aug. 2nd at 4:00 P. M. at the Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church here, Rev. Langholz performing the ceremony.

Miss Florence Friske, Greenwood, a sister of the bride was maid of honor and Miss Arlene Sebastian, Milwaukee, a sister of the groom, and Rita Pierce, Wisconsin Rapids, acted as bridesmaids. Elmer Protzman, Milwaukee, acted as best man. Ushers were Norman Reineking, Greenwood, a cousin of the groom, and Lowell Kuehn, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The bride wore a dress of white Marquisette with lace yoke and bodice and long train over white satin. A necklace of seed pearls was also worn which was a gift of the groom. She carried a bouquet of white asters, gladiolas and baby’s breath. She also wore a finger tip veil of silk tulle edged with lace.

The maid of honor was attired in a pink marquisette dress trimmed with lace and wore a pink shoulder length veil held by a wreath of flowers and carried a bouquet of pink roses, gladiolas and baby’s breath. She wore a rhinestone cross, a gift of the bride.

The bridesmaids were gowned alike in pink marquisette dresses trimmed with lace. They wore pink shoulder-length held by a wreath of flowers, and rhinestone crosses. They carried bouquets of gladiolas and asters.

Mrs. George Jensen played the wedding march. Mrs. Erwin Dux and Mrs. Wm. Rottjer sang: "I Love You Truly", and "Under His Wings".

At 5 o’clock dinner was served in the church parlors to about 90 guests. In the evening a wedding dance was given at the Merry Ol’ Gardens at Longwood.

The newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Washington, D. C., and will be at home to their friends at 2868 No. 25th St., Milwaukee after Aug. 17th.

The bride is a graduate of the Greenwood High School, class of 1936 and Lawrence Academy of Beauty Culture, Minneapolis, Minn., in 1937. At the time of her marriage the bride was manager of the Wautoma Beauty Shop, Wautoma, Wis.

The groom is employed in the engineering department of the Falk Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Drews, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schindler and daughter Darlaine, Wilton; Mr. and Mrs. Sam Zeimer, Galesville; Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Neilson, Waupaca; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Protzman, Lowel Kuehn, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Becker, Miss Selma Reineking, Mr. Albert Sebastian, Mr. and Mrs. Adolphson and June, Mrs. Bertha Sebastian, Miss Arlene Sebastian, all of Milwaukee; and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Decker, Peru, Indiana; and Miss Rita Peirce, Wisconsin Rapids.
