Allen Pudleiner

Allen J. Pudleiner, 81, of Lac du Flambeau, died Saturday, March 1, 2008, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Hansen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Pudleiner was born January 9, 1927, in Dorchester, a son of Emil and Mabel (Lang) Pudleiner. He enlisted in the US Navy during WWII, and served from 1944-1947.

Mr. Pudleiner was employed as an Electrical Engineer for the Eaton Corporation in Watertown until the time of his retirement in 1985.

Allen is survived by his wife, Marion of Lac du Flambeau; children, Karen (Kevin) Kriigel of Camp Douglas, Linda (Rob) Straughn of Verona, Julie (Mark Wurl) Thies of Homewood, Ill., Jayne (Mark) Hintzmann of Watertown and Allen "Jay" (Kathy Brightman) Pudleiner of Minocqua; three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
