GEORGE LITTEN, 79, DIES ON MONDAY

Funeral Services to Be Held on Thursday

LOYAL--Funeral services for George Litten, 79, route 1, who died Monday morning in St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Methodist Church. The Rev. Virgil Nulton will officiate and burial will be made in the Beaver Township cemetery.

The body will repose at the Myre Fubneral Home from this evening to the time of services.

Mr. Litten was born Feb. 3, 1873, in Clay City, Ill. He was married to the former Leota Piquet Aug. 1926. Mr. Litten spent his early life on farms in North Dakota. He had resided on the present farm the past 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, three sons, Roy, Harvey, Ill, Mitchell, Maywood, and Allen, at home; five daughters, Ethel, Red Wing, Minn., Mrs. Leslie (Irene) Carrier, Ft. Dodge, Iowa, Mrs. Ken (Zelma) Prock, Rockford, Ill., Mrs. George (Darlene) Pomputis, Chicago, and Mrs. Dave (Beryl) Lucas, Milwaukee; and five grandchildren.

One child preceded him in death.
