Mary A. Morrison

Mary A. Morrison, 58, of Loyal, formerly of Marshfield, Wisconsin, died Saturday, March 29, 2008, at Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. today, April 1, 2008, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Hansen Funeral Home of Marshfield is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mary A. Morrison was born April 1, 1949, in Taylor County to Harry and Elaine (Zastrow) Hoff. In 1976, Mary was united in marriage to David Klopotek. The couple made their home in Wausau. Before moving to the Denver area, the couple lived in Hawaii. While in Wausau, Mrs. Klopotek was employed at the North Central Health Care Center.

Survivors include her husband, David of Denver; her mother, Elaine Hoff of Wausau; one son, Joseph (Ria) Hoff of Denver; and one grandson; one sister, Kathie (Craig) Wilton of Schofield; one brother, David (Connie) Hoff of Wausau.

Mary Ann Morrison

Mary Ann Morrison, 58, of Loyal, died Saturday, March 29, 2008, at Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at the Hansen Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles Stoetzel will officiate. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Morrison was born April 1, 1949, in Medford the daughter of Stephen and Agnes Drinka. She was raised and attended school in Dorchester, Wis. In addition to being a homemaker, Mary Ann worked as a nurse's aide in various nursing homes.

She is lovingly survived by her life partner, Roger Jakobi, Loyal; children, Paul Heise and Robert Heise, both of Madison, Joseph Heise, Marshfield, Theresa (William) Kelly, Kansas City, Mo., and Corey Morrison, Marshfield; grandchildren, Brandon Heise, Michelle Portwood, Tom Kelly, Stephanie Kelly, Lillian Morrison and Cameron Morrison.

Two sisters, Rosie (John) Greiner, Stetsonville, and Theresa (Dan) Paul, Dorchester further survive Mary Ann.
