Neck, Genevieve (29 Jul 1915 - 24 Mar 2008)

Genevieve Neck, 92, Prior Lake, Minn., formerly of Colby, died Monday, March 24, 2008.

A mass of Christian burial was held March 28 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Savage, Minn. Interment was at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Burnsville, Minn. McNearney Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Shakopee, Minn., assisted the family with arrangements.

Genevieve was born July 29, 1915. She was a retired teacher for the Burnsville-Savage Public Schools, Minn.

She is survived by one daughter, Terry Pivec, Prior Lake, MN; one son Larry Neck, Key West, FL, three grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and one great-great-great grandchild.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, one brother, George and one sister, Margaret.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials.
