Old Merry Vale School
 

A tract of land was donated for the erection of a schoolhouse in the District 3 in the town of York, Clark County, with the understanding that when it was no longer used as a school, the land be returned to the section from which it came.


Mrs. Webster Winn (Kate L. Isham) was the first teacher in District 3.
